Our CNC router can handle sheets up to 3200 x 1600mm (10ft x 5ft) and a maximum thickness of 150mm.  Armed with with a 9KW 24,000 RPM spindle, 10 tool automatic tool changer and 7.5KW vacuum bed we can cut at high speeds whilst maintaining tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes.

Plywood, MDF and OSB are our bread and butter but we also cut solid wood, aluminium, plastics, dibond, foamex and many other materials.

If you have a CAD file already all we need is a DXF file to get you a quote for your project. If you’re not able to provide a DXF file we offer a CAD service where we can create a DXF from your sketches. We also have two in-house design engineers so we’re able to take on even the most ambitious design projects and bring them to life with our CNC.
